As you know, we have now lived in our JSG custom-built home for about fourteen
months. We are as thrilled today with our home as we were the day we moved into it.
Your incredible vision for creating “affordable luxury”, the impeccable craftsmanship that
is demonstrated in every part of our home, and your amazing commitment to “service
after the sale” are beyond compare.

When MedQuist relocated my husband and I to the Rockwall/Heath area in January of
last year, we toured and considered quite a number of homes and builders. Nothing
really “felt right” until we laid our eyes on your yet-unfinished 127 Stoneleigh property.
Within 2-3 minutes of seeing and being in this home, we absolutely knew this was our
dream come true!!

Russ, we have made a great number of major purchases so far in our adult lifetime and
can with the utmost sincerity say we have never before experienced the level of quality
you offer combined with your genuine, attentive customer service approach.

I wanted to write this letter to express our appreciation and to commit to you that we continue to wholeheartedly recommend you and your company to folks we know or have met that may be in the market for a new home.
