What
is “Smart Home” Wiring?
“Smart
Home” wiring means your
new home is ready for the digital,
High Definition, high speed
technology of the 21st century - from security,
to computer capabilities, to home entertainment.
Whatever systems you elect to install, either
now or in the future, the wiring is in place.
When the time comes for you to market your
home you’ll be ahead of your competition.
The wiring in most new homes today is obsolete

homes are prewired for full perimeter protection.
All operable perimeter windows and doors are wired.
Digital keypad locations are at the front doors,
garage door, and master bedroom. Sirens are wired
for one inside and one outside. This system can
be upgraded with motion detectors or glass breakage
detectors.

All
JSG Original homes are prewired for camera
surveillance. There are two cameras prewired.
One is at the front door and the other is
at the pool area/back patio. When installed
these cameras allow you to see each location
from any TV in the house, so you don’t
have to worry about what the kids are doing
in the pool area while you are busy in the
kitchen. They can also be upgraded to a
Digital Video Recorder
that can be viewed from any computer in
the world so you can keep an eye on things
while traveling or on vacation.

When
someone rings the front door button, all the

terminate. This panel allows for “PLUG
& PLAY” features. This panel can
be upgraded with computer network routers,
satellite distribution modules, video distribution
modules, telecom modules, and even lighting
control modules. This is also the panel that
“FUTURE PROOFS” the home, so your
investment will be compatible with current
and future technology. We strongly recommend
you check for this panel and wiring in any
home you are considering. Without Future-Logic
wiring and the On-Q distribution panel, your
